Once you call the 24/7 number which is printed on your booking confirmation 20 to 30 mintues prior to arrive at the Luton airport.
Chauffeur will be waiting for you at the SHORT STAY CAR PARK at the Luton airport. He or she will meet you there as your details are with him/her. After doing a quick inspection of your vehicle along with you, he/she will take the vehicle and park it in a secure car park.
One the day you come back from you trip, give a call to the same number once you land and then again while you collect your luggae. Come to the same SHORT STAY CAR PARK . Our driver will be waiting for you with your vehicle.

I made an honest mistake when flying back from USA.
I mistakenly put down that the day of pickup was in fact 1 day earlier than the day I actually arrived. Flights from USA are very often +1 from day of boarding flight.
I had booked parking for six days instead of seven. THE PRICE FOR 6 DAYS IS THE SAME AS FOR 7 DAYS.
Because of this, I was charged £15 extra on collection.
I had also used this company only 6 weeks before too.
I'm a regular traveller but will be hesitant to use this company again.
I feel like I've been mugged.

Great service even though drop off was very early in the morning. Only thing to improve would be signage as on collection there were many people that may have had knowledge of how long the car would be, I just decided to wait until I could see the car entering the car park.

My first time using this service and it was a Very good service, my nerves were settled when I met the driver and although I got the dates wrong they were understanding and changed the dates for me there and then so I could still catch my flight on time and stress free.

Had a very pleasant experience with Terminal Parking. The car was taken from the airport terminal, that means I did not have to drive to a parking lot or take a shuttle to the terminal from the lot. The same on my way back, the car was brought to the terminal arrival gate at a location agreed on. Smooth. Follow the instructions when you book and you'll be gold. Thanks guys!

Called for rates and service only after being delayed in M1/M25 traffic
from just outside T5. Got a decent rate of about £70 for 2 weeks and
a near immediate transfer of key to meet and greet man. On return
had a 10-15 minute wait, not bad compared to say long term carpark
bus transfers and bag carrying. Would recommend and use again.
