Participation in the Merry Parking Loyalty Program is subject to the Merry Parking Loyalty Club - Terms and Conditions. You agree to accept and be bound by the most current Terms and Conditions which would be made available on help@merryparking.co.uk

MEMBERSHIP

Membership in Merry Parking Loyalty Program is open to any individual who wishes to maintain a Member Account with us.
Merry Parking reserves the right to reject any application for Membership.
Membership in the Merry Parking Loyalty Program commences upon reseting your password of your Member account. Upon resetting the password, your Member Account gets activated.
Upon commencement of your Membership in the Merry Parking Loyalty Program, you will be allocated a Member Account which is linked to the email address which you provide at the time of registering for the Merry Parking Loyalty Program. In order to earn and redeem Loyalty Discounts a Member should ensure that he/ she uses the same email address as provided at the time of registering for the Merry Parking Loyalty Program. You may change the information provided at the time of registration by accessing the Member Profile in your Member Account at anytime. Except the email address.
Membership in Merry Parking Loyalty Program is not transferable.

EARNING AND REDEEMING LOYALTY DISCOUNTS

A Member of the Merry Parking Loyalty Program would be able to earn Loyalty Discounts when the Member makes a booking through www.merryparking.co.uk.
Sign up Bonus - Members who register for Merry Parking Member Club will receive £3.00 as a sign up bonus.
You will be not loosing or gaining more loyalty Discounts in the case of an amendment of an exiting booking.
If a booking is canceled, the Loyalty Discounts earned for that particular booking shall be canceled. If a Member redeems Loyalty Discounts in relation to a particular booking and subsequently cancels such a booking, the Loyalty Discounts which the Member redeemed in relation to such cancelled reservation shall be credited back in favours of the Member and the cancellation charge shall be calculated in relation to the total booking value of that particular booking.
In a scenario where the cancellation fee is higher than the amount paid by the customer, the loyalty discounts redeemed will not be credited back to Member Account. It will be balanced against the cancellation fee.
In the event of a No Show (if a customer didn't utilize the airport parking due to any reason beyond the control of Merry Parking), the Loyalty Discounts earned for that particular reservation shall be canceled. If a Member redeems Loyalty Discounts in relation to a reservation and later there is a No Show in relation to such reservation, then the Loyalty Discounts which the Member redeemed in relation to such reservation shall not be transferred back to the Loyalty account.

EARN LOYALTY DISCOUNTS

Loyalty Discounts earned by the Member will be credited to the Member Account allocated to such Member.

* If you have updated your birth day in the member profile, you will receive the Birth Day Gift. Once the Birth Day gift Discount was credited to the account and redeemed, you cannot change the date of your Birth.

REDEEMING LOYALTY DISCOUNTS

A Member can only redeem Loyalty Discounts to pay for part or all of his /her booking made through www.merryparking.co.uk. Loyalty Discounts may not be exchanged or refunded for cash.
A Member will be entitled to redeem the Loyalty Discounts he/she has earned only if the Member is logged in at the time he/she is making the booking. Or enters the password, if not logged in and the Loyalty Discounts which the Member has earned are shown in the Member Account as -"Balance Loyalty Discount (Available to Redeem)". We cannot redeem the discounts once the booking is confirmed.
Loyalty Discounts are calculated on the Net Value of a booking after redemption of Loyalty Discounts/Discount Coupon by the Member. For instance if a Member makes a booking for the value of GBP 100 and redeems GBP 10 from Loyalty Discounts earned, then the Member will earn Loyalty Discounts on GBP 90 of the booking value.
Members cannot earn loyalty discounts for Booking Fee, SMS Fee, Cancellation Cover Fee ect.

VIEWING LOYALTY DISCOUNT DETAILS

A Member may view his / her Member Account by logging into his/her Member Account through the links which would appear on our web site (http://Www.merryparking.co.uk) However please note that a Member can view his/her Loyalty Discount Details, only if he/she has confirmed the Invitation Mail / Verification Mail.
Loyalty Discount Details would provide:

All Loyalty Discounts earned by a Member
Value of Loyalty Discounts earned but not "Realized" (since the Vehicle Pick up date has not passed in relation to the booking for which the Loyalty Discounts were earned) would be shown as: "Pending Transaction (Unrealized)"
Value of Loyalty Discounts which have been used would be shown as: "Redeemed Loyalty Discounts"
Value of Loyalty Discounts available to be used as at current date would be shown as: "Balance Loyalty Discounts (Available to Redeem)"

Each time a booking is confirmed, the amount of Loyalty Discounts the Member has earned for that booking is shown as "Pending Transaction (Unrealized)". The Loyalty Discounts which are shown as "Pending Transaction (Unrealized)" gets added to Balance Loyalty Discounts (Available to Redeem) the day after the specified Pick up date of a booking in relation to which a Member has earned Loyalty Discounts.
Loyalty Discounts which are shown as "Balance Loyalty Discounts (Available to Redeem)" are the Loyalty Discounts which can be redeemed at the time you make a new airport parking booking through www.merryparking.co.uk.
Accrued Loyalty Discounts do not constitute property of the Member. Loyalty Discounts accrued by a Member are for the Member's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone.
If more than one Member Account is assigned to an individual (as a result of registering more than once using different email addresses), the Loyalty Discounts he/she earns will be allocated to a Member Account based on the email address the Member provides our system at the time he/she makes a booking. Redemption of Loyalty Discounts will also depend on the email address provided by a Member at the time of making a new booking i.e. the Loyalty Discounts which would be available for redemption would be from the Member Account which corresponds to the email address provided at the time of making the new reservation. At no time will Merry Parking permit the amalgamation or addition of Loyalty Discounts in two accounts even though the registered Member may be one and the same person.
A Member who has made bookings via www.merryparking.co.uk using multiple email addresses may register using one such email address and earn Loyalty Discounts in relation to the bookings made using that email address. Later, the Member may change the email address which he/she used to register, to another email address (provided the Member has not registered using this email address and provided we have not already allocated a Member Account in relation to that new email address). Subsequent to changing the email address as explained above, the Member should contact our Customer Support and earn Loyalty Discounts in relation to the bookings he/she may have made using the new email address.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Merry Parking reserves the right to change/ amend the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or Loyalty Program benefits or reward structure and to terminate the Loyalty Program, or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, even though such changes or termination may affect the value of Loyalty Discounts already accumulated and / or the right to accumulate Loyalty Discounts or redeem Loyalty Discounts. Merry Parking shall not be liable to Members in any way for any value or benefits or rewards Members may lose as a result of any changes made to the Merry Parking Loyalty Program or termination of the Loyalty Program, or any part thereof.
It is the responsibility of the Member to check the website regularly for any changes to the Terms and Conditions of Merry Parking Loyalty Program. Continued use of the Program by the Member will be deemed as acceptance of the current.
Merry Parking reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the Merry Parking Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. All such interpretations; applications and communications by Merry Parking shall be final and conclusive in each case.

Accrued Loyalty Discounts do not constitute property of the Member. Loyalty Discounts accrued by a Member are for the Member's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone.

How can I join Merry Parking Member Club ?

1.You can simply create your member account by entering your email address and creating a password from the Merry Parking Member club home page.

2. Then you will have to respond to the email we sent in order to verify your email address and activate your account.

How much is the subscription fee to Merry Parking Member Club ?

There is no joining fee or subscription fee - It's totally free of charge.

I have a Merry Parking Member Club account. But I cannot view the Loyalty Discounts. What should I do ?

To access the Loyalty Discounts and enjoy the benefits of Merry Parking Member Club, you have to become a full member by verifying your email address and activating your account. If you have not received the activation link then please email us on help@merryparking.co.uk

How can I earn Loyalty Discounts ?

There are several ways for you to earn Loyalty Discounts :

Each time you visit MerryParking.co.uk, and make a confirmed booking, you can earn 5% of the cash value of your booking as Loyalty Discounts. (Please refer the example below for more details about Loyalty Discount Calculation)
Sign up Bonus - Members who sign up for the Merry Parking Loyalty Member Club will get £5 as a Sign Up Bonus.
Through various promotions, which will be announced by us, giving you the opportunity to accumulate more Loyalty Discounts.

I have made bookings with MerryParking.co.uk in the past. Can I claim Loyalty Discounts for those bookings I made before I joined Merry Parking Member Club..?

We are sorry that we could not award Discounts for the past bookings.

When can I redeem my Loyalty Discounts.?

If your have a positive Loyalty Discount Balance (shown as available to redeem) in your account, you may use the full or part of that balance to pay off your next booking(s) you make with MerryParking.co.uk

How can I redeem my Loyalty Discounts?

When you make your next booking(s) with MerryParking.co.uk, on the Booking details page, you can specify the amount you wish to redeem. You can use your Loyalty Discounts to pay the full or part of your Booking Value. If you chose to pay only a part of the booking value from your Loyalty Discounts, we will deduct this discount amount from the original booking value and the balance will be charged to your credit/debit card. Please note that Loyalty discounts have to be redeemed at the time of booking, as we cannot from our end once it's confirmed.

How much can I redeem at a time?

There is no such a maximum limit. As long as you have redeemable discounts in your account, you can use them to pay up to the full cash value of your next booking.

Can I get full or part of the balance of my Loyalty Discounts refunded to my credit card?

No. Loyalty Discounts have to be redeemed online.

I want to cancel my booking. What will happen to the Loyalty Discounts I earned and/or redeemed?

You are entitled to earn Loyalty Discounts only on Confirmed Bookings. If you cancel your booking, any Loyalty Discounts earned on such bookings will also be cancelled. If you cancel any booking for which you have redeemed any Loyalty Discounts, such discounts will be added back to your account. (Please note that, for any cancellation, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy of your booking. If the cancellation fee is higher than the paid amount, Loyalty Discounts redeemed for the booking will be settled against)

Can I transfer Loyalty Discounts from my account to another member's account?

Sorry... You cannot transfer Loyalty Discounts to another member.

Will my Loyalty Discounts expire?

Loyalty Discounts will expire if the Member Account is inactive for a period of 3 years (36 months). A member account is considered inactive if no booking made by the member (using login email address) during that period.
