We were flying out from the North Terminal. Unfortunately there was a traffic incident outside the terminal so when we phoned, your agent apologised and said we would have to deliver our car to the South and then get the shuttle train to the North. That being no fault of Merry Parking. We found everything very well done and easy. Coming back everything went exactly to plan and we waited no longer than 5 minutes for our car. We will definitely use Merry Parking on any future Gatwick parking. Thank you.

The drop-off point was in a carpark at Gatwick so I just walked straight out into the Check-in area. The attendant was waiting so no delay! Return was also smooth.

I was very pleased with the overall level of service that we received. The phone contacts worked well, but one aspect that I think could be improved is the actual point of contact in the car park. When we arrived at the car park, we were told which floor to go but not a specific place to go to. It was therefore a bit frustrating waiting for someone to appear and identify themselves. Similarly, on our return we arrived at the appointed car park floor and then just had to wait for around ten minutes, watching all of the cars driving around until we spotted our car; even then we had no idea where the driver would park, or which aisle he would go down. No real answers to suggest, just feel that this is an area for potential improvement Oh and by the way the cost was excellent as well.

Myself and my wife have used Merry Parking for several years now and have always had first class service, whether it's been Heathrow, Bristol or Gatwick on this occasion. The drivers are always friendly and they are there waiting for us to drop off our car or are there very quickly after we have collected our baggage.

Used Merry parking and was very impressed with the service I received a txt the evening before with instructions on what to do and where to go even though I had already received info via email the staff member at collection point walked around the car to check for any damage and then noted down milage with my confirmation. and had driven off but when I realised ten mins later that I had left my phone in the car and after a mad panic managed to call their office and was assured he would return promptly which he did. and I had left my phone on the back seat. even though I apologised for him having to return he stressed it was not a problem and that all was ok. I did feel the whole situation was very professionally handled even when I returned and collected case rang to let them know and by the time I got to the car park the car arrived 2 minutes later. Overall a really good experience and I will be definitely using them again the price and service was worth 5/5 Thank You

Would have been a very good if I had known I needed to ring them once I disembarked at gatwick. Therefore went to where told car would be, rang them as it wasn't there, this is when they told me and said it was in instructions which, having checked them, it was not. However the car was brought quickly. Having had to change my arrangements before the trip which was dealt with promptly, being met at the airport with no problems, actually good service. Just need to check the instructions sent out are accurate,

It was a hassle getting to Gatwick due to experiencing 3 diversions and something one can do without when it is around 01:00 and you are tired. However, Merry Parking took over as we reached Gatwick and the pressure was off. On our return everything went like clockwork and after contact Merry as per the instructions we were driving out of Gatwick in less then 1 hour after LANDING. I would recommend Merry Meet and greet parking to anyone that wants to remove some of the stress from a holiday and will definitely use Merry again. Thank you to a great team. Brian Thomas

It was nice and easy to drop the car at the caraprk near the terminal and walk across but I felt the whole process was disorganised.... I rang to say I was on my way approximately 20mins before getting to the airport but there was no one to meet me and I was unsure where to park my car and who would be meeting me. I had the same problem on my return, as my car wasn’t there when I arrived back (I had rung them to say we were ready for our car) and I had to phone again to check where they were. Having said that the staff were very friendly and helpful, I would use the service again.... now I know the procedure. Thank you.

A very simple but effective service which did exactly what it said on the tin - or so to speak! Would definitely use again as it Es so simple and hassle free. Only thing I would say is that the drivers need to be a little more standoutish with uniform as I wasn't sure who I should be going up to when we dropped off as there were several people standing around but overall an excellent service. Straight in and straight out. Perfect!

We've used baker parking services 4 times (3x at Gatwick, 1x at Heathrow) and the best experience was with Merry Parking at Gatwick south terminal. They arrived promptly for both collection and drop off (5min wait). The day before we travelled they sent us a text message with instructions and a phone number (much easier than trying to look up an email). Generally everything was v professional.

The timing for the drop off was very good, however on our return I cant see the point of ringing you on landing and then again when the baggage has been collected as this does not reduce the waiting time of approx. 20 minutes. But overall the service is good. Thanks

First time I have used Merry Parking... They offered great value for "meet and greet" compared to other providers. On arrival I did have a longer wait as we had got to Gatwick 45 minutes earlier than planned but was told to wait at McDonalds for a call back which we had and then directed to drop off point...only a 5 minute wait and the guys arrived to take the car away... On return we landed at North terminal rather than South but this was no problem for Merry Parking and the car was returned within 15 minutes of picking up luggage... Would recommend and definetely use again.....

We arrived at the airport later than expected but the service we received was courteous and professional. The requirement of calling 20 minutes prior to arrival was very useful as we were running late and in danger of missing our flight; the hand over was swift and uncomplicated. On our return we called as requested and our car was returned as specified. Very happy with the service and would use again.

Phone was rarely answered which is always concerning after a long journey both on delivery and Collection of the vehicle. Meeting times were not adhered to "he will be there in 10-12 minutes" which was more like 25. People can check times from outgoing calls these days by the way. Staff were nice enough . Car was returned covered in dust and needed to be washed yet again (it had been cleaned before holiday) but had not been driven all over the country as you sometimes hear reported so will know not to rush next time but would use the service again.

When we arrived at the airport in a rush because of traffic and roadworks, the person that should wait for us was walking around in the carpark and we took good 10minuts to find him - also because his mobile phone had no signal in the middle of the carpark. This is a very good service and idea. There was a little delay when we arrived as the man waiting for our car wasn't there and it resulted in a lot of rushing and we only just made it through to catch our plane. But on the return journey it was perfect...

Arrived at Gatwick Airport about 25 minutes early but were treated with great courtesy by the reception staff. Driver arrived a few minutes after us. Was very polite and informative. Gave us a map for the return showing very clearly where to be. On our return we had just got to the collection area when our car arrived. All in all a very good experience which we will happily repeat again. Could not have been easier.

It wasn't a great start for us with Merry Parking because on Sat 20th June when we dropped our car off we had to wait for the driver for around 45 mins which made us very late checking in for our flight. However, apparently there was a problem in the North terminal at Gatwick and I was told that the drivers had been stuck in there. However, collecting our car on return to Garwick on 27th June was smoother and driver was there within 5 mins of us calling once we had collected our luggage so would use them again .

Excellent service can't fault the meet and greet option. I searched all options and read all the reviews before choosing, have to admit it was a gamble but one that certainly paid off for me. 5 star plus will be recomending to family and friends.

A bit disappointed when we called ahead on the morning of our flight and they had no record of our booking, and the person who had taken our booking, booked us in for 10:05 instead of 5:10am! However, this was rectified immediately and we were met in time. The collection team were also very good accomodating us when Easyjet decided to dump us off at the South Terminal rather than the terminal we were due to land into. This wasn't exactly a premier service, but at the price it wasn't bad.

Overall pretty good, only problem we found the phone line on drop off was always engaged or left to ring out for a very long time. They were there when we arrived and dealt with the exchange very quickly which was a positive. On return the company did answer the phone quickly and were there when we made it to the car park, my only quarm was that we have never had to pay for our own exit ticket from the car park with any other firm and as we didn't expect it we didn't have the £3.50 for 15mins parking readily available. I called before I booked the meet and greet and was advised that I would be greeted at the drop off bay and on my return the car would be in the same place and would be greeted by your rep. When I called to drop my car off I was advised something different, park in orange car park level 3. I previously had a bad experience with this kind of service when I used another company and ever since have insisted on not doing it this way. I decided it was not your reps fault and handed over my keys. This all was very smooth and I was happy. I was even happier when the rep dropped off the car as I had only been waiting 1 minute. Changed my view on this service and will definitely use you again. Can I make a suggestion? Perhaps offer a car wash in addition to the meet and greet if possible as I would of loved my car to be gleaming on my return(can't have everything I suppose). Thanks again Sunny

It took the driver close to 40mins to meet us at the terminal at drop off, if he was on time or quicker i would have rated it very good. The pick up was very easy and they arrived on time as we reached the car park level, pick up was excellent!

Very helpful and friendly people on the other end of the phone. An extremely simply system to use. Ring when 20 minutes away. Head for the car park and level you are guided to man turns up checks your paperwork and photographs your car takes your keys and you takeyourself off to the airport. On return ring when you land and again when you have colected your luggage and go back to the car park you started off in. Our car turned up 2 minutes after we did. Sign paperwork load up your luggage and leave. simple and I will use again.

I was a little apprehensive as it was the first time I had used this service, but I needn't have worried. Everything went smoothly from initial booking with Mohammed; although I was only able to give 7 days notice, to easy to understand instructions on dropping & picking car up and all timings were perfect. I will definitely use this service again. Highly recommended!

It was all very efficient and the staff were courteous and helpful.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They went out of their way to help us when my husband left his passport in our car prior to our flight and got it back to us in super speedy time. They were also there waiting for us when we got back which made getting home that much easier. Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to all our travelling friends.

Very friendly service. Only criticism would be time keeping. We advised Merry Parking that we would be dropping the car off at 5am for our 7.30am flight but when we called 10mins before as advised they said there was a wait and were still dealing with the 4.15am drops. The wait wasn't that bad and our car was taken approx 5.30am but still had us in a bit of a panic. Would book again though so hasn't put us off but would arrive earlier to be safe.

The person was there to meet us on arrival (been with other meet and greets who I've had to wait around for so this was welcome), and on return once we finally got through (number was engaged for a few minutes) to them they confirmed the car would be waiting and it was. Overall a very good experience and has restored my fairth in meet and greet services.

Worked well for us once I managed to make contact with them. Use email rather than phone/txt. I had a Groupon voucher for 7 days parking but as the holiday was 7 nights my paking was 8 days!!! Had to pay the difference, silly mistake but something to be aware of. The actual parking was excellent, all very polite and efficeint. They had no problem when our flight landed late and at a different terminal.

First time of using Merry Parking at Gatwick and certainly wont be the last. Travelling to the airport I received a text message telling me exactly where to go to meet the driver and when I called ahead, the office knew immediately which booking I was. Drop off was quick, easy and simple. Coming back, we were delayed due to the issues at Sharm. The company couldn't have been nicer. Advised me to stay in touch and when we knew which flight we were on, they would co-ordinate accordingly and at no extra change which was a really lovely touch and very much appreciated. We're using them again next year from Heathrow so will be good to be able to compare the different locations.

Overall the service was very good. On arrival there was a delay in accessing the terminal car park which required us waiting for further instructions but staff were courteous. On car collection the car was delivered very quickly to us at the terminal which meant no waiting around. Will definitely use again

The gentleman who greeted us was cheery, friendly and helpful. He went through the procedure very well and checked all th necessary things. There was a slight delay whilst we waited but to be fair it was no more than 5 mins On the return we called when we landed and was told to call again when we claim the baggage. When we entered the car park the gentleman was there with our car waiting and followed the procedure by the book as well Overall a very good experience. Excellent service when we dropped the car off and the guy helped us unload and was very helpful. When we returned we had to wait about 20 minutes and when the car arrived the boot and rear bumper was covered in leaves - it had obviously been parked under an oak tree. When I said to the guy about it he just said "oh sorry about that", asked me to sign his sheet and went.

When we called the company on the morning of our departure, as instructed, you were not aware of our booking causing a delay at the drop off point When we arrived back in the UK, we had to wait over 40 mins for our car to be returned. I will not be using your services again in the future or recommending your services to my friends

1- I rang 20mins before I arrived to collect 2- was left standing in the cold and rain outside for 1 hour and 20 mins 3- rang 7 times and was told many different things when I rang. We are looking for your car, it’s on it’s way 4- also you didn’t answer me on the phone and had to call from another phone

Unfortunately, we had to wait 30 minutes for the car to arrive at the car park on our return journey. Also, I paid £26.00 for a valet of the car and was not happy with it, the roof still had marks on it and the inside of the windscreen was worse than when I dropped the car off. It was just a mass of smeared glass, I had to stop just outside of the airport to re-clean it.
