Very good service! We were met at the terminal and our car was taken care of and all we needed to do was check in. On our return, our car was bought back to us within 10 mins as confirmed and we were soon on our way home without having to negotiate wheeling our luggage, two car seats and the children to a car park. I would recommend Merry Parking.

We had a flight change on our return journey which meant we had to fly into a different terminal to the one we had booked with merry parking & arriving earlier, this wasn't an issue for them they turned up without any drama and with a smile. I thought the service was very good, however there was quite a wait when I arrived back (>30 mins). In Merry Parking's defense I think there was an issue with a road block due to storms, but I think a call to me would have been ideal to let me know about the delay instead of me having to phone to check.

We have used Merry Parking several times, and, apart from one time when they used a different sub contractor, have had great service. The chauffeurs are prompt, polite and courteous. The one time we had a problem we got in touch with them and they were most apologetic, gave us a discount on our next parking and told us they had stopped using the sub contractor. All in all, a reliable and value for money service.

The service from Merry Parking was as described on their website, they answered the phone very promptly and were most polite. i would have liked to have had some form of recoginition of the representives, ie possibly a polo shirt with a logo or a sign to hold.

A useful, positive experience, ideal for the single traveler or family. Nothing simpler than being met at the airport on arrival and simply just handing your keys over. On return one simple phone call and my car arrived just as I stepped out of the loft. Really good, thank you

We were really impressed with the service. There was someone waiting for us when we pulled up in arrivals to take our car away and after calling once we'd picked up our bags on our return there was our car and a smiling face to welcome us back! It made the beginning of the holiday really stress free and the end of the holiday simple and straightforward!

My 3 a.m. call for the departure car drop-off seemed to surprise them but the driver turned up within 20 mins. The return was an hour early but they managed to still return the car within a half hour, so not so bad. Would use again.

It was brilliant, stress free, friendly staff and didnt have to wait around in the middle of night for the dreaded shuttle bus to take you to a car park! Will never use a differant service again! Excellent pick up service. However, I booked this using a groupon voucher and paid for an extra day when booking. But your driver failed to take note of this on our pick up and attempted to tell us that we needed to pay more. Fortunately I had the confirmation with me. Not ideal at almost 4am. Apart from that the actual service was fine.

arrived at the airport earlier than planned - no problem at all - only waited 2mins at meet & greet point for car to be collected. Bit of a mix up when I left the car as I had changed the car I was leaving. It had all been cleared with you and new arrangements confirmed but the driver had the wrong information when he came to pick up the car which caused a slight delay. When I picked it up on my return the mat on the driver's side was covered in mud which was a bit disappointing as when we have used you before plastic mats were used to keep the inside of the car clean. On the whole though I was pleased. The price was very reasonable and the drivers were pleasant and polite.

I left organising my airport parking until very late. The cheapest of the other car parks wanted £170 for 3 weeks and were a shuttle bus away. This company met us right outside the airport to collect and drop off the car for only £90. They did exactly what they said they would and were friendly and efficient. Great service.

Brilliant. I called as a new customer as i was parked outside drop off/departures and someone came round straight away and took my vehicle. When i returned from holiday 4 days later at 1am and called them someone turned up with my car minutes later. The cost was very reasonable as well. Doesnt get better than that. Highly recommend.

On the whole the service was reasonably good but got off to a bad start when we phoned up to notify them of our arrival at the airport to be told they had no record of our booking. There was a language barrier with the person on the other end of the phone but to be fair they sent somebody out to collect our car and we were only kept waiting 15 mins. If there is one small criticism from me and it could have been my fault, but i was unable to let you know that had been delayed for 24 hours. I had to ring someone in Enland and ask them to call you first thing in the morning because i was on on the plane when you opened. But like i say, that could have ben my fault and will definitely be recommending you to family and freinds.

Easy, no hassle, would use again

Thanks very much, just a couple of points, one when checking in, we were due to check in at terminal I checkin B, so I had to drop my wife and the bags off , then take the car to check in A to drop the car off, and make my way back to check in B on foot, a good two minute walk in the rain. Two, and this is not a criticism off Merry parking, but upon our return we again had to make our way to terminal 1 A departures, and when you have come through arrivals there are absolutely no signs for departures anywhere, so another frustration. The parking staff were pleasant enough though.

We have found Merry Parking good for value and service for the previous years. But this year we had a slight issue on our return to Manchester the car meeting point was moved to the airport train station terminal without any prior notice to our arrival. This caused a problem to my partner who is still recovering from a stroke and finds walking hard work at the moment. This was a disappointment and put a bit of a negative end to her holiday. This was possibly due to the on going work at terminal 2 but a bit of prior notice would have been appreciated.

Only issue I had was on arrival the driver didn't have all of my details and wasn't exp me when I called so I had to show him my booking details Not the drivers fault and the pick up after I landed on my return was very quick and easy

The service provided was nothing short of excellent. I followed the instructions and it was like clockwork. Driver collected vehicle at Departures door on time, provided me with assurance that our vehicle would be looked after and was bang on time, he also gave me very clear instructions for my return. On my return, my flight was delayed by two hours, I rang when collecting baggage, no mention of the delay and car was ready and waiting when we got outside. I must admit having never used this service before I was worried about the safety of my vehicle. The service I received from this company was exceptional. Felt like a VIP IN ALL HONESTY. On the way there I called them 15 minutes before hand and guess what somebody was there to meet me at exactly the specified time. The person I met was very friendly very polite and very professional. They took my car away and I felt I was in good hands. All I had to do was to drive to the terminal pick up point. On the way back again I called 15 minutes before hand just like before when dropping the car off. My car was there in the same condition I handed it to them two weeks before. All I had to do was to load my bags into the boot. The person who drop the car off was very polite friendly and professional. I would highly recommend for you to use this company. Takes all the hassle of having to drive to the parking point wait for buses, loading and unloading bags and THEY ARE CHEAPER. Thank you very much for your excellent service once again.

Really quick and easy, have used Merry Parking a few times before and had no hassle. However this time the person was late meeting us to drop the car off so we had to rush when heading through security and it didn't leave us with much time. Other than that, very friendly and easy to use.
