No complaints. Only had to wait a few minutes for our car to be returned to us.

On our outward journey we had to wait around 15-20 mins for our driver to collect our car. However, following our return flight the driver arrived much more punctually. Would use the service again

This is the first time we have used a meet and greet service. Traveling with a baby for the first time, we are glad we decided to as it made travelling that little bit smoother for us. Service was prompt at both drop off and collection. I would have felt slightly less nervous if we had been shown ID. It also took approx 10 calls to get anyone to answer on our return journey. However, I completely understand that this was a busy period.

Was worried about some of the reviews but the service was excellent, I left from terminal 2 at Manchester and was met on arrival ,and returned to terminal 3 and was only waiting 5 minutes at most. Great value. Will use again !!!

Really quick and easy, have used Merry Parking a few times before and had no hassle. However this time the person was late meeting us to drop the car off so we had to rush when heading through security and it didn't leave us with much time. Other than that, very friendly and easy to use.

Excellent pick up service. However, I booked this using a groupon voucher and paid for an extra day when booking. But your driver failed to take note of this on our pick up and attempted to tell us that we needed to pay more. Fortunately I had the confirmation with me. Not ideal at almost 4am. Apart from that the actual service was fine.

I thought the service was very good, however there was quite a wait when I arrived back (>30 mins). In Merry Parking's defense I think there was an issue with a road block due to storms, but I think a call to me would have been ideal to let me know about the delay instead of me having to phone to check.

Everything went according to plan in spite of a very early morning pick up( 4.30 ) Great service with no hassle, will recommend to friends Thank you!

On the whole the service was reasonably good but got off to a bad start when we phoned up to notify them of our arrival at the airport to be told they had no record of our booking. There was a language barrier with the person on the other end of the phone but to be fair they sent somebody out to collect our car and we were only kept waiting 15 mins. We had no issues when we returned to collect. Thanks

Very good service! We were met at the terminal and our car was taken care of and all we needed to do was check in. On our return, our car was bought back to us within 10 mins as confirmed and we were soon on our way home without having to negotiate wheeling our luggage, two car seats and the children to a car park. I would recommend Merry Parking.

Service was very good and would use you again. Great service and a great price. Only advice would be perhaps you need more than 1 phone number to call to arrange collection and pick up of cars, hard to get through on occasion as only one mobile number. Otherwise first class.

First time I've ever used a meet and greet. The correspondence & instructions on how to go about it were simple and accurate. I would definitely use Merry Parking again.

Rang 4 times on way to airport before anyone answered then had a wait of 20 mins for someone to turn up on arriving back in manchester another 25 min wait for car after they rang me to say the driver was outside terminal 1 when we where actually at T3. Drivers very nice though suppose u get what you pay for

My 3 a.m. call for the departure car drop-off seemed to surprise them but the driver turned up within 20 mins. The return was an hour early but they managed to still return the car within a half hour, so not so bad. Would use again.
